Training and Support
MIB provides training and support to member companies including:
- Training for new member companies
- Advanced training for existing members
- Advice on MIB coding questions
- Guidance on Rules and Bylaws interpretations
- Toll-free number for MIB Help Desk
- Connectivity and System integration support
MIB provides education and training to both new and existing Members regardless of their level of use and experience with MIB. Our Basic Training Course is a boot-camp experience providing a structured, general overview of MIB. This program is available in Adobe Acrobat Format and can be easily incorporated into a company's existing internal training programs.
MIB also provides interactive education and training to its Members either on site at your location or through a "live" distance learning program given over the Internet. Key items include presenting an understanding of MIB, Rules, Guidelines, and Compliance. How to code and translate impairments are topics that can have high value to both new and existing Members.
